To who it may concern,
My name is Alex, and I am working for a charity called the Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF), which provides a lifeline for some of the poorest most disadvantaged children in Cambodia.

Just to give you a little bit of our background…

ISF is an international charity working in Cambodia and also registered in the UK, and Hong Kong. We believe that every child, however disadvantaged, has the right to enjoy his or her childhood.

ISF has a unique catch-up education program, which allows for each child to be taught the full Cambodian State School curriculum at a rate of two years in every one calendar year. This enables the children to achieve the correct State School grade for their age in the fastest possible time.

Our football program is another way we are giving children back their childhood.
Started in 2006, ISF has expanded from 1 coaching group of less the 50 children to assisting 25 organizations coaching groups covering 2,500 children. ISF has grown to include yearly tournaments, a regular league, vocational training opportunities for youths in our Education Program, leadership training for our coaching staff as well as ongoing capacity building to ensure our staff are some of the most qualified coaches in the country and an education program to teach the players valuable lessons on subjects such as the dangers of alcohol, drugs and gambling.

ISF would welcome the opportunity to register with Recycling for Charities, as this would assist the expansion of many of our current programs. However I just have a few questions regarding shipment. Over the years we have had challenges with customs, and do not want to waist your time. Has Recycling for Charities sent donations to Cambodia in the past, and who would pay for the donations to be sent?
