Since its founding by Bob and Shirley Patterson in 1988, this affiliate has built over 107 homes in the cities of
Bellevue, Carnation, Issaquah, Kirkland, Newcastle, Redmond, Sammamish, and Snoqualmie. Our service area is from Renton to Bothell and Woodinville, and east of Seattle including Mercer Island to North Bend. The goal of this affiliate is to make it possible for low-income Eastside residents to be able to purchase simple, decent, affordable homes. Our goal is to lay a foundation for a stronger community by working with people who are dedicated to building a better life for themselves. To achieve this goal, we depend on donated land, labor, money, and materials from individuals, faith communities, and local businesses.

Volunteers of all skill levels work together with the homeowners and Habitat staff in a cooperative partnership to construct our homes. This is a fun and rewarding way to spend the day.
