A little about us: We run a ministry helping men in prison and to get out. We have homes for them and they all have nothing when they come out so they need cell phones. We have been using the free Obama phones but they are very problematic. We have been buying phones for them but they are very expensive for a decent phone.Could we receive cell phones? We are a 501 C3 Charity in Pennsylvania. Thank you.
